Before applying for Moderator Tips
« on: May 12, 2014, 07:41:52 pm »
So I made a mod guidelines post but it was very unorganized. So I am gonna take another shot at it.

Please read the whole thing, there is useful tips throughout the whole post.

Things to know

Once becoming mod, things will never be the same. Many things change, like.
1. Constantly being monitored, nothing you say or do if often just  passed on and forgotten, and if you do something bad, it can become 10x worse because your staff.

2. Less alone time. You will not be able to just build as long as you wish. There will be people that want to show you their stuff. Or you have to check around to make sure everything is going well.

3. Responsibility. You can't just be mod and do nothing, you have to contribute. As soon as you become mod you have to help keep people on, keep them entertained, enforce the rules. This really becomes important to you and stuffs as you become admin and higher rank.

So this is the end. If you have any further question feel free to ask. This wasn't exactly all my knowledge. Just some.
